Hello! My name is Veronica.
I am a Spiritual Life Coach, a HeartMath Certified Coach, a Teacher and a best selling Author.
I am a Certified Instructor for the Cyclopea Method of Internal Activation of the Pineal Gland, a method created in South America 34 years ago by the beloved Latin Spiritual Leader Fresia Castro. I am the first instructor in the world teaching this method in English and I prepare others to deliver the method in this language.
I am also the creator of Positive Habits: 21 Words That Transform Your Life Daily, an online course and a book focused on the power of words. My book about the power of words was a number 1 Bestseller in Australia, Canada and number 1 New Hot Release in USA, UK and Germany.
I show you how to manage stress and negative emotions and how to build resilience. I offer private coaching, group coaching and I present seminars.
